Draco on TV!  Best of Breed at the National Dog Show.

The annual American Thanksgiving dog show in Philadelphia.

The first video showcases Draco on TV with Katheryn Murray.

The second one is Welsh Terrier “Ping Pong” watching from home.  It’s fascinating to see him recognize his own breed – thank you Rachel, for this fun video!

Canadian Championship

Draco was awarded both his Canadian Championship, and Grand Championship, quickly with multiple Terrier Group placements!

Draco won a terrier group placement the first time he competed!  He was awarded his Canadian Championship the next weekend.

All points came from group placements, and all from the junior puppy class!

This is quite a feat for a young boy, less than 9 months of age.

To give him some experience prior to going to the 2025 US National Specialty week in Pennsylvania, Darwyn’s Canadian handling team, led by Jennifer Driessen, took him to a few show.

Multiple group placements, and a group first win, finished his Canadian Grand Championship.  These wins also made Draco Canada’s #1 Male Welsh Terrier for 2025

Canada’s #1 Welsh Terrier for 2025 is our girl, Maddie, GCh (Silver) Darwyn’s Mad About You.

Puppy Photos of Draco

Morgana was a wonderful mom to her pups, just as her mom, Zora was with her. Baby puppy time is always very special, and we hope you enjoy these adorable photos.

Please check out Draco as a youngster, in the next tab “Puppy”, which is essentially after 10 weeks of age, and then having fun in the “Adolescent” tab.

As a young puppy, Draco always caught my eye … stunning head, perfect ears and expression, great coat and always stood over his ground with confidence.  He was definitely an enjoyable puppy – happy, friendly with everyone (didn’t know a stranger) and fun to be with.

Hope you enjoy these photos and please check out the photos of him having fun as an “Adolescent” in the next tab over!

Draco is a happy boy, full of life, and always ready to go.  He ‘plays ball’ with himself – throwing it into the air and rolling it around.  Loves to play fetch … and then keep away.  He is a very social dog – loves everyone that he meets, and doesn’t know a stranger.  He smiles when you look at him.

Being a very handsome dog, he always caught my eye, especially with the outstanding welsh head, perfect ears and beautiful expression.  He has excellent coat, and very rich colors.  He not only stands over his ground, making that beautiful picture, but also moves effortlessly and with an air of confidence and determination.  We love him!

And, we enjoy living with him. We are very proud of his accomplishments in the show ring, but also as one of our Darwyn family.
